TJ Civil & Services is a new business built on long experience in the Victoria River District. Rather than publish generic claims, we publish completed work.
Projects will appear here as they are delivered — each with the requirement, what we delivered, the outcome, Aboriginal and local participation figures, photographs and, where the client agrees, a contactable referee.

What every project record contains
- The requirement — what was needed and why it was difficult
- What we delivered — our responsibilities, subcontractors engaged, and how access, community interface and programme were managed
- The outcome — delivery against time, budget and scope
- Aboriginal and local participation — people employed, Aboriginal-owned subcontractors engaged, local spend
- Photographic evidence — site before, work in progress, completed work
- Client comment — where permission is given
